PPG Gives Us a 2021 Palette of the Year

Weve reached that time in the year: the clock strikes September and theres all of a sudden talk of the vacations and brand-new year– particularly 2021 trends. So, getting us primed for seeking to the future, PPG announced today not simply a color of the year, but a whole palette. Called “Be Well,” the three shades consist of calming, reassuring neutrals (Transcend and Big Cypress) and a pop of freshness (Misty Aqua). The POTY is made for embracing mindfulness and intent, and we thank PPG for providing us an emphasis on empathy and optimism (something we might all use). Transcend, a grounding, mid-tone oatmeal color, provides us an earthy experience; Big Cypress, a ginger-persimmon shade, has that relaxing autumnal vibe; and Misty Aqua, a cool cerulean blue, is like leaping into a refreshing swimming pool. Sand, sun, water, hugs … The scheme is here for our psychological wellness. You can publish an image of a room and experiment with all the colors essentially..
